Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $200. For orders under $200, customers can select their shipping method at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times for standard shipping: 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, with delivery in 1-3 business days.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your order through the provided link.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • YVMWellness is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Some items may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination regulations. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays) may affect shipping times.
